About FEED


This book originated in 2017 during my exploration and experimentation with recipes that have aided in my personal wellness journey and continue to do so. Each recipe narrates my journey of healing through the consumption of nourishing, natural foods provided by Mother Nature. Throughout my childhood, I battled various illnesses, including chronic bronchitis, tonsillitis, weakened immunity, allergies, acute sinusitis, joint inflammation, and intestinal parasites. As I transitioned into adulthood, I grew weary of being constantly unwell and took charge of my health by researching methods to restore balance and harmony to my body. “Feed Living Food Recipes to Be Made and Eaten with Love” was crafted to guide others in supporting their own wellness journeys through mindful consumption of food.
